Terms

Last updated July 2026

These plain-English beta terms explain what DigiIQx does, what it does not do, and what we ask of you while you use it. They still require qualified legal review before production.

What DigiIQx is

DigiIQx helps you organise and record information about assets, trusted contacts, recovery context and readiness gaps. It is a place to keep your picture in order - not a bank, custodian, adviser or legal service.

What DigiIQx does not do

The current DigiIQx beta is designed to organise information, not to hold, move or transact money or assets, and it does not provide legal, tax, estate-planning, investment or financial advice. Decisions about your estate, investments or accounts remain yours to make with the right professionals.

Your responsibilities

Please keep your account secure and enter information accurately. Do not store passwords, seed phrases, private keys, one-time codes, PINs or security answers. Record where things are and who to contact, not the credentials themselves.

Trusted-contact records

The beta lets you record trusted contacts and connect them to assets. Do not rely on DigiIQx as a live sharing portal, conditional-release service or emergency access system.

Demo and sample data

The public demo is fictional, read-only and provided for product evaluation. It is not a real account and does not include live integrations or real user records.

Beta service

DigiIQx is in beta. Features and copy may change, and the service is provided as-is while we continue to improve it. Production launch and production legal terms require a separate review and decision.

DigiIQx is in beta. This is a plain-English summary and may change. It is not legal or financial advice, and it is not the complete binding agreement. For questions, contact us before relying on this page.
